“ATTY. ISABELLA ANGELINE S. BLANCO joined the law firm of VILLANUEVA GABIONZA & DY on October 20, 2025. She sat for the Bar Examinations in September 2023 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Associate at Nisce Mamuric Guinto Rivera & Alcantara Law Offices and Counsel/Resident Attorney at Exiomo Law Chambers.
She obtained her degree in Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with Specialization in Cultural Heritage from Ateneo de Manila University in 2018. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree and Dean’s Service Award from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2023.
In 2022, she was a legal intern of the UP College of Law Office of Legal Aid (OLA) with distinction and the Environmental Litigation Clinic with excellence.
While obtaining her Juris Doctor degree, she was a research assistant at the UP College of Law Information and Publications Division (IPD) and the Office of the Dean (OD). She served as a batch representative in her school’s Law Student Government in 2020 and Day & Hotel Operations Head in the Bar Operations Commission in 2022. She also represented her law school in the 2023 Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition wherein her team was awarded as Semifinalist and Best Overall Memorial in the Southeast Asian Regional Rounds, and World Semifinalist in the International Rounds held in Florida, USA.
She is currently a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City Chapter.”
