Bradley A. Cua
ATTY. BRADLEY A. CUA joined the law firm of VILLANUEVA GABIONZA & DY on 04 August 2025. a lawyer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and scaling technology startups in the Philippine energy sector. Previously as a Co-Founder, Senior Vice President, and Corporate Secretary of multiple ventures, he has led teams of over 40 members, in two different jurisdictions, and secured tens of millions in pesos in seed funding from both international venture capital firms and government investment funds.
His leadership spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, finance, and strategic operations. Bradley has managed cross-border corporate compliance, overseen external audits with PwC Philippines, and implemented robust financial systems to support growth and transparency.
He was also instrumental with working with the National Development Company in the first deployment of the Start Up Venture Fund, which invested Eleven Million Pesos into SolX Technologies Inc.
Bradley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo Law School, specializing in Corporate and Intellectual Property, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. He was also the Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Batch Representative during his tenure with the Ateneo Law School Student Council. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Management major in Legal Management, with a minor in Enterprise Development, from Ateneo de Manila University, and completed a pre-MBA program at the China Europe International Business School. He is also a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Quezon City Chapter, and the Fraternal Order of Utopia.
