Vincent Patrick R. Cruz
ATTY. VINCENT PATRICK R. CRUZ is a Junior Partner in the Law Firm of Villanueva Gabionza & Dy which he joined on 03 January 2011 immediately after taking the 2010 bar examinations.
Atty. Cruz specializes in the field of Litigation, Commercial and Corporate Law and Corporate Rehabilitation and Insolvency. His practice also includes Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning and Administration, Administrative Law and Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
Atty. Cruz is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and a Trained Arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI)
He is currently a Deputy Director for Southern Luzon of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – National Center for Legal Aid (NCLA) and Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Makati Chapter.
Atty. Cruz obtained a degree in Management Information Systems (B.S.) from Ateneo de Manila University in 2005 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Ateneo de Manila Law School in 2010. He obtained a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education in 2016.
While obtaining his J.D. degree, Atty. Cruz served as a Legal Intern for Bernardo and Placido Law Offices (2008) and the Ateneo Legal Services Center (2008-2010). He also served as the President of the Campus Ministry Office – Volunteers Organization for SY 2009–2010.
Prior to law school, Atty. Cruz worked as a Project Specialist for Smart Broadband, Inc. (formerly Meridian Telekoms, Inc.) under its Project Management Department.
